RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At ZEMIMAAS, we want you to carry your bag with confidence. If something
isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund terms below.
Return & Exchange Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and undamaged
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Gift cards
- Items damaged, stained, or altered after delivery
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
Exchanges & Store Credit
For change-of-mind returns (size, colour, or style), you may choose an exchange
for another item or store credit of equal value. Change-of-mind returns are not
eligible for a cash refund.
Refunds
Refunds apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect — or when a
suitable replacement is unavailable. Once we receive and inspect your item,
approved refunds are issued:
- To your original payment method for card or online orders
- By bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa for Cash on Delivery orders
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within
48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video. We'll arrange a free
replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return shipping in these cases.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, ZEMIMAAS covers the return shipping.

2. The reason for your return
3. Clear photos of the item (for damaged or incorrect items)
