We work to display our products, colours, and details as accurately as possible.

Slight variations in colour or measurement may occur due to photography, screen

settings, and the handmade or imported nature of our bags. Such minor variations

are not considered defects.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable charges

unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to

change prices or promotions at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, limit,

or cancel any order — for example, due to stock availability, pricing errors, or

suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment methods including debit/

credit cards, JazzCash, and Easypaisa. For COD orders, please keep the exact

amount ready at delivery. Orders may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before

dispatch.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Estimated

delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by couriers, weather, or

other factors beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled as described in our Return & Refund

Policy. Please review it before purchasing.

All content on this site — including the ZEMIMAAS name, logo, product photos,

and text — is the property of ZEMIMAAS and may not be copied, reproduced, or

liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
