confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed
on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 2–3 business days nationwide
across Pakistan. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges
- FREE shipping on all orders over Rs.4,999
- A flat shipping fee of Rs.249 applies to orders below Rs.4,999
Final charges are shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. Please keep the exact order
amount ready at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll share tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp,
or email so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery Delays
Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to weather, courier issues,
public holidays, or high order volume. We'll keep you updated if your
order is affected.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If delivery
fails due to an incorrect address or repeated unavailability, re-delivery
may require an additional shipping charge.
