Shipping & Delivery
- Processing: 1–2 business days after payment or order confirmation. Weekend and public holiday orders are processed on the next business day.
- Delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch across Pakistan. Remote areas and courier delays may take longer.
- Shipping charges: Free on orders over Rs.4,999. A flat Rs.249 applies to orders below Rs.4,999. Final charges are shown at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery: Available nationwide. Tracking details are shared by SMS, WhatsApp or email after dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
- Request within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and undamaged, with original tags, packaging and proof of purchase.
- Changed your mind? Eligible returns receive an exchange or store credit, not a cash refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video. We arrange a free replacement or full refund and cover return shipping.
- Exclusions: Final Sale/Clearance items, gift cards, items damaged or altered after delivery, and items without original tags or packaging cannot be returned.
- Refund timing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
